I'm back "up" and fully operational, after waiting from noon till 8pm for Time Warner to come by and fix out cable. So here is an overload of belated, but hopefully entertaining, Distractions for any of you out there (are you there?)
- Perfectly Aligned -- a great short
- Ben Underwood uses echolocation to "see" -- amazing.
- Amazing coordinated dance/sign/card thingy (a tad long)
- Manamana (it just seems fitting)
- Parkour -- Freerunning -- insane (if you've seen Casino Royale, you've seen this in action)
- How to get a cork out for inside a bottle (call me simple, but I found this pretty cool)
- Seriously, I have no idea what to say to this, but the title explains it all -- Iron Penis
- I did a Two Ronnies link blow out a bit ago, so it seems fitting to do more BBC comedy classics with a Monty Python link video extravaganza -- Argument Clinic, Dead Parrot, Cheese Shoppe, Spam , Ministry of Silly Walks, Kilimanjaro Expedition, Wink Wink Nudge Nudge, Monty Python and the Holy Grail (full movie)

- Clip from the Showtime series (of the popular NPR radio show); This American Life, Still Life, stories of photojournalist Marcus Halevi
- Redneck fireworks
- Best invention ever -- lazy man's beer retriever
- To Horny -- "She was a very adventurous woman" (I'm a closet Antiques Roadshow watcher, I am)
- Buying things dressed as a bank robber -- not recommended
- Pixar's newest short movie (shown before Ratatouille) Lifted
- Acting advice from Sir Ian McKellen (from Extras, which if you haven't watched, is brilliant -- here are a few more clips; Monkey spanking, Patrick Stewart, Orlando Bloom isn't that attractive, David Bowie sings Pathetic Little Fat Man, Ben Stiller, Warwick Davis gets kicked in the face, Homeless man)
