The race continues. Today Tony comes over to take some pictures, have us fill out paperwork and I’d assume in a few days we’ll be ready to have the “For Sale” sign in our front yard. Today is the inspection of the new house. And sometimes Jerry (electrician) comes over to fix our broken doorbell, put in a new light and make this one light switch work.
The house looks better than it ever has (which makes us feel like we’ve been lazy slackers for 7 years — which is mostly true).
Now we have to figure out where to put the cats. And the dilemma of where to go when we’re showing the house. I’ll have a very mobile office for a few days I\’m sure. And the issue of kids bedtime — hopefully no one will want to look past 8pm. And where to eat? Ugh, so so much to tackle.
Abbie got a splinter in her butt last night. Yeah, seriously. She was sitting on our bedroom floor, and scooted a bit, then whoop. Screaming. Crying. We couldn’t get it out.
Come on big money, big money, no whammy, no whammy, big money — STOP!
