The inspection is done. Radon was found at high levels. Radon seems to be the new “mold”. Everyone fear it!! But, in all seriousness, it is found to be the #2 cause of lung cancer. Not good. So we’re proposing the current owners install a mitigation system (or reduce the cost – by whatever it will cost to install – of the house). Hopefully not a deal breaker.
We have signs!! Here’s the official listing. Nice house isn’t it? I really wish we didn’t have to move sometimes (and not just because moving is as enjoyable and fun as a root canal in the desert). So far, in just 2 days, we’ve had about 8 showings. Let’s hope someone is interested.
